Returns & Replacements Policy

At Cici Studios, we carefully package every print and product so it arrives in perfect condition. All sales are final, with one exception: items that are damaged or ruined in transit.
What qualifies
Items that arrive damaged, torn, bent, broken, or otherwise ruined during shipping qualify for a free replacement. Items are not eligible for return or refund due to change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or minor color differences between your screen and the printed product.
Return window
You must contact us within 14 days of the delivery date.
How to request a replacement
Email us at cicimartignetti@gmail.com with your order number.
Include clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging.
We will review your request within 2 business days and email you the result.
Return shipping
You do not need to send the damaged item back, and you pay nothing for return shipping.
Replacements and refunds
Approved requests receive a replacement at no cost, including shipping. Replacements ship within [number] business days of approval. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within [number] business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for a different item.
