Cici's Studios partnered with Martignetti Enterprises to craft a one-of-a-kind team building experience perfectly tailored to their craft. Drawing inspiration from Martignetti's roots as a masonry company, employees worked individually with natural stones to create their own unique mosaic pieces — which were then assembled together into one stunning large-scale installation. The finished mosaic celebrated both their product and the power of collaboration, serving as a lasting symbol of what the team can build when they work as one.
